Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using CustomAssets.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, for all activity that occurs under it, and for providing accurate information.

You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Subscriptions, trials, credits, and billing

Paid features are offered through subscription plans and credit-based usage. Trials, plan limits, overage packs, renewal timing, and current pricing are described on the site and may be updated from time to time.

By starting a paid plan or trial with card-on-file, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge applicable subscription fees, add-on purchases, taxes, and other authorized charges.

• Trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Credits are consumed according to the current product rules, including per-generation, per-revision, and per-slide usage where applicable.
• Unused credits do not create ownership rights or cash value and are not redeemable for money unless required by law.
• You can manage cancellations and billing through the product billing area or the Stripe billing portal when available.

Acceptable use

You may not use CustomAssets.ai to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute harmful or deceptive material, attempt to interfere with the platform, or abuse the service or other users.

You may not upload content or submit prompts that you do not have the right to use, or use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, or abusive content.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain rights you already have in your prompts, uploads, and other content you provide, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

As between you and CustomAssets.ai, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the generated outputs you create through the service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for determining whether they are appropriate for your intended purpose.

• You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate any law, platform rule, or contract.

AI and service limitations

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. You should evaluate outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including features, plan structures, and generation limits.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or others, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations that have already accrued.

Disclaimers

CustomAssets.ai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomAssets.ai and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
