We also collect technical and usage information when you use the service, including device and browser data, IP address, log data, session activity, generation history, and account or subscription events needed to operate the product.

• Account and sign-in information through Clerk.
• Billing and subscription information through Stripe.
• Prompts, uploaded files, generated assets, and workspace data stored in Convex and related infrastructure.
• Service, security, and delivery logs through providers such as Vercel and Cloudflare.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve CustomAssets.ai, including authenticating users, storing projects, processing payments, enforcing credits and subscriptions, responding to support requests, and preventing abuse.

We also use prompts, uploads, and related request context to generate assets through the AI services that power the product.

AI processing and generated content

When you generate assets, the prompts, uploaded images, design preferences, and related generation context may be sent to our model providers to create outputs. We use Google Gemini for image generation in the current product workflow.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or ask us to generate.

How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the product, process payments, store data, secure the service, and deliver generation requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Google for Gemini image generation requests.
• Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting, networking, performance, and security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support@customassets.ai. We may retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can access and update certain account information inside the product. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to request information about how we use it.

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

CustomAssets.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
